- What are your risers made of?
- Risers are 3D-printed using durable PLA/PETG filament on a tuned Bambu Lab printer. They're built to hold up to regular handling, travel, and long-term display.
- What slabs do your risers fit?
- Our standard risers are sized for the most common graded slab holders, including PSA, BGS, CGC, and SGC. If you have a less common slab or case, reach out with the dimensions and we'll confirm fit before you order.
- Can I get a custom nameplate or design?
- Yes — custom nameplates with your name, set, card, or grade are one of our most popular options. Send us what you'd like on the plate and we'll confirm details and turnaround.
- Do you offer bulk pricing for shops or shows?
- We do. If you're outfitting a display case for a shop, booth, or show, contact us with quantities and we'll put together bulk pricing.
- What colors are available?
- Black and orange are our signature colorway, but other filament colors may be available on request depending on current stock.
- How long does an order take?
- Turnaround depends on order size and whether it includes custom nameplates. Standard orders typically ship within a few business days; custom and bulk orders may take longer. We'll give you a timeline when you order.
- Do you ship, or is this local pickup only?
- We ship orders and also do local pickup/hand-off at shows and trade events. Let us know your preference when you order.
